History
Interlink was founded in 1977 by Federico F. Sánchez, a civil engineer from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute with an MBA from Harvard Business School. With a clear vision of the real estate development scenario, he brought together an experienced group of professionals committed to the highest standards of quality urban development, project management, sound engineering, and creative planning. From the beginning, the Interlink team gained recognition for achieving superior results, which earned them a reputation for meeting schedules and budgets in an industrious and involved manner. These engagements also strengthened the Interlink team’s credibility, which in turn brought referrals for future projects. Their experiences in residential development include the construction and marketing of over 3,000 homes, from Farmer’s Home and FHA to high-end suburban single-family and beachfront condominiums. Now, more than 30 years later, the firm has evolved into one of the most respected and financially sound developers in the Caribbean, leading the real estate industry in the development of high-end residential, resorts and hotels, and mixed-use projects.
