Interlink’s Asset Management division has direct oversight of prominent hotel, casino, resort, golf course, and commercial assets, with aggregate value over $600 million. As Asset Manager, Interlink’s main mission is to represent the best interests of our partners and to maximize the long-term value of the asset. Our scope of responsibilities includes overseeing the operations, management, budgeting and forecasting, financial planning and cash management, accounting and reporting, human resources and engagement of key personnel, marketing and sales planning, and revenue management. Interlink also monitors the assets’ physical condition and the proper completion of capital expenditure projects, ensuring that the venture funds are invested efficiently and consciously.
Interlink follows a hands-on, result-driven approach to Asset Management, maintaining an active relationship with the executive team at the asset level, as well as working with corporate and regional directors of operating companies such as Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Marriott International, and Troon Golf, among others, to secure support from the highest level. Furthermore, we assist and act on our partners’ behalf in maintaining active and long-term relations, as well as in negotiations, with the lenders, industry groups and government agencies.
