Citibank found itself with an isolated and underdeveloped, yet well located property within the San Juan suburbs in its workout portfolio, and contacted Interlink to assist them. The Company conceived a master plan to make the parcel suitable for development, and thus more marketable. The result was a substantial appreciation of the value of the land and the first master-planned residential community in Puerto Rico.
